Your information in the private preview

Classroom Canvas is a Bluestone Forge project. This page explains the current preview’s data use.

Waitlist requests

The waitlist form prepares an email in your email app. The website does not submit or store these details. If you send the email, Bluestone Forge receives your name (if supplied) and email address in its inbox to manage your request and contact you about access. To withdraw your request or ask for deletion of your waitlist email, contact hello@bluestoneforge.com.

Your account

Registration uses your email, username, first name and last name. Firebase handles sign-in, passwords and email verification. The account service stores your profile and preview approval status.

Your lessons

Lessons currently save in the browser on the device you use. Cloud lesson syncing is not enabled yet. Export a copy to keep a separate backup.

Optional AI features

When you use AI, your prompt and any selected lesson content, surrounding edit context and enabled style reference are sent through the Classroom Canvas service to OpenAI. Editable text can use web search, and queries may be sent to search providers. Your API connection is associated with your account. Provider charges apply.

Remove identifying student information before sending content to AI. Review the AI notice in the app and your provider’s privacy information before use.
